I have a strong background in Human Resource Management having worked in the profession for almost 10 years across various industries so I have a deep appreciation and understanding of what pressures people leaders can face to be their best at work.

I work as an independent HR Consultant, working with small to medium-sized businesses on all things people related. Without employees there is no business, so it’s important that as a business you do what you can to be a great employer and value who they are and what they bring to your business!
