By day, I describe myself as the "non-HR" HR guy.

In my spare time, I run multiple side businesses.

I've led Compensation and Benefits teams in companies large and small, public and private. I can build the foundations of these departments or shake up the ones already in place.

When I am not questioning the HR status quo, I am building a diversified portfolio of side businesses.

My side businesses are wide-ranging and have included an early childhood education franchise, a food truck, and an executive coaching practice.

I am active in my Toastmasters' Club and I accept public speaking invitations and write online about topics that run from habits and productivity to AI in HR and the Future of Work.
